TALENT 300 is a Talent Management and Talent Acquisition firm founded November 20th 2015, by Aurora Pietroniro and her two eldest sons Alexander and Evan Antipas who embraced the opportunity to create a business with her, having great faith in Aurora’s many years of industry experience.
“I wanted to start a very open minded, people oriented talent management firm” remarks Aurora.
“TALENT 300” came about as Aurora, Alexander, and Evan, were brainstorming for a name. “300” stems from each having vowed their 100 percent commitment of effort towards making an impact in the business world and being Present and Having Purpose in this exciting and fulfilling profession, and of course “TALENT” is the one-word descriptor of the business’s purpose.
TALENT 300 strives to meet and exceed its clients’ expectations of services delivered to them; it is the clients “employers and candidates alike” to whom services are rendered who can best reinforce TALENT 300’s reputation for quality of opportunities to the successful growth for both employer and candidate visions.

Alexander Antipas is one of the three founders of TALENT 300. His role as director for advertising, networking, and talent acquisition is founded upon experiences in customer service & product management acquired during his entrepreneurial career growth, during which he had honed the fundamental skills of communication, comprehension, and command in responding to the needs of niche workplace environments. A born leader, Alexander eagerly embraces the challenges of pairing his candidates with their desired career-path employers. Like his namesake, a respect for multicultural awareness, stimulated by world travel and multilingual dexterity, has shaped his personal philosophy, “We admire your image and respect your story.” This guides everything he does for our clients.
Loyola alumnus Evangelis Antipas, having attended the Human Resources Management program at McGill University, is one of the three founders of TALENT 300. Evan’s heightened level of customer focus ensures that our clients, both employers and candidates, have the best possible experience with TALENT 300. Evan’s planning agility assures smooth and exciting networking events whereby the ideal outcome between our candidates and prospective employers can be attained.
Evan has a wide range of cultural knowledge due to his travel experience across Canada, Europe and the United States. This includes his understanding of several languages such as English, French, Greek, and Italian. His drive to achieve set goals is motivated by a strong belief in our vision of the future.
