Aurora’s expertise focuses on the full Talent Cycle from Branding and Advertising to Talent Acquisition, On-boarding Events, Performance Management, Training and Development, Rewards and Recognition , Succession Planning as well as Culture Change.

Aurora held several senior strategic positions in major corporations over the last 25 years including CAE, National Bank of Canada, and Air Canada.

Aurora holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from McGill University as well as several Leadership and Customer Relations certificates, notably The Executive Conference Board Leadership Council’s certificate of “Leadership and Talent Management” and Disney Institute’s “Foundation for Excellence Program.”

As lecturer, Aurora has presented her Talent Management Strategies at several universities including Ryerson University, UQAM, JMSB and McGill. She has speaker and panelist at several Corporate Conferences such as The International Human Resources Airline Conference (Paris 2014) and World Conference of Banking Institutes (Toronto) to name a few.
