Candidate Selection Process:
Step 1
As a candidate you will provide documents for job posting:
- Attach your curriculum vitae
- Educational documents, degrees and certificates
- Fill out the job-specific online information
Step 2
- You, the candidate will be contacted for a brief phone interview
- Based on previous assessments, you will receive interview on location.
- You will be asked questions based on core competencies.
- Based on the results of those questions, you will receive an answer within the next week.
Step 3
Depending on the job position a series of tests will be conducted to determine the level of your skills, knowledge, abilities and profile:
- Language skills
- Psychometric evaluation
Step 4
Client recruitment process:
- Successfully completing all the above steps you will be invited for an interview with the client we are representing at which time the proceeding steps will be discussed.
- If your are not selected for the this particular client you can continue to submit your CV for further listings. We will consider your profile for future opportunities.
Step 5
Client feedback:
- Retained candidates will be informed of following steps and we will coordinate the scheduling.
- The Candidates not selected by client will remain in talent pool.
Step 6
Final Decision:
If the client selects you for the position…

- Presentation of client offer to candidate
