TALENT 300 is a Talent Management and Talent Acquisition firm founded November 20th 2015, by Aurora Pietroniro and her two eldest sons Alexander and Evan Antipas who embraced the opportunity to create a business with her, having great faith in Aurora’s many years of industry experience.

“I wanted to start a very open minded, people oriented talent management firm” remarks Aurora.

“TALENT 300” came about as Aurora, Alexander, and Evan, were brainstorming for a name. “300” stems from each having vowed their 100 percent commitment of effort towards making an impact in the business world and being Present and Having Purpose in this exciting and fulfilling profession, and of course “TALENT” is the one-word descriptor of the business’s purpose.

TALENT 300 strives to meet and exceed its clients’ expectations of services delivered to them; it is the clients “employers and candidates alike” to whom services are rendered who can best reinforce TALENT 300’s reputation for quality of opportunities to the successful growth for both employer and candidate visions.

Aurora Pietroniro – President

Aurora, confident from years of industry experience, has infused her forward thinking with passionate creativity to bring her unique vision of talent management and human resources to reality: TALENT 300.

Alexander  Antipas – Director of Talent Acquisition

Alexander Antipas is one of the three founders of TALENT 300. His role as director for advertising, networking, and talent acquisition is founded upon experiences in customer service & product management acquired during his entrepreneurial career growth, during which he had honed the fundamental skills of communication, comprehension, and command in responding to the needs of niche workplace environments. A born leader, Alexander eagerly embraces the challenges of pairing his candidates with their desired career-path employers. Like his namesake, a respect for multicultural awareness, stimulated by world travel and multilingual dexterity, has shaped his personal philosophy, “We admire your image and respect your story.” This guides everything he does for our clients.

Evan Antipas – Director of Talent Acquisition

Having attended the Human Resources Management program at McGill University, Evan is one of the three founders of TALENT 300.  Evan’s heightened level of customer focus ensures that our clients, both employers and candidates, have the best possible experience with TALENT 300. Evan’s planning agility assures smooth and exciting networking events whereby the ideal outcome between our candidates and prospective employers can be attained.

Evan has the privilege of collaborating with many organizations from different industries and experience working with various job profiles. During his service Evan has cultivated a strong sense of adaptability, candidate matching, negotiation skills, customer relations, accountability and time management.

Evan has a wide range of cultural knowledge due to his travel experience across Canada, Europe and the United States. This includes his understanding of several languages such as English, French, Greek, and Italian. His drive to achieve set goals is motivated by a strong belief in our vision of the future.

FRANCE PELLETIER, MBA, CRHA – Directrice Diversité et Inclusion

Innovatrice et enthousiaste, la réputation de Madame Pelletier n’est plus à faire. Elle œuvre dans les domaines et la gestion des ressources humaines et de la  diversité des talents depuis plus de 20 ans. Elle est également reconnue comme une personne qui sait relever des défis complexes. Les difficultés et les nouveaux défis la stimulent et elle fait preuve d’ingéniosité dans la recherche de solutions.

France Pelletier est bachelière en administration des affaires et titulaire d’une maîtrise en administration des affaires (MBA), spécialisée en gestion des ressources humaines. Elle a fait partie du personnel enseignant du Centre aux organisations de l’École d’administration publique (ENAP) pour le Programme de développement du leadership. Elle agit à titre de conférencière et paneliste pour des colloques et forums stratégiques nationaux et internationaux visant l’équité en matière d’emploi et l’avancement de la diversité en emploi.

En plus de guider les entreprises au niveau de l’équité en emploi, la gestion de la diversité et le leadership via sa compagnie France Pelletier Conseil Inc, elle joint maintenant son expertise à l’équipe de Talent 300 Inc. Connaissant la valeur ajoutée d’une main d’œuvre diversifiée, elle compte aider les entreprises en tant que Directrice de la Gestion des talents, à trouver les meilleurs(es) employés(ées) en offrant un service personnalisé “clé en main”. En parallèle, elle offrira aux individus cherchant à s’épanouir dans leur carrière et de nouveaux défis, peu importe leur origine, genre ou générations, leur niveau de qualification, un milieu de travail répondant à leurs attentes. Elle les accompagnera jusqu’à de bout en bout jusqu’à leur premier 6 mois !

Elle offre aussi aux employeurs du coaching sur la planification stratégique de la main- d’œuvre et la gestion de la relève. Elle développe des formations sur mesure pour mieux gérer les talents via les meilleures pratiques de gestion et de leadership.

Alyssia Antipas – Talent Acquisition Specialist

Alyssia Antipas earned her Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations at Concordia University. Alyssia joined the TALENT 300 Inc. team in 2020 as a multilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist. She is responsible for sourcing, assessing, and selecting top candidates for her diverse set of employers.

Alyssia knew that her career would revolve around people. The desire to make an impact on people’s lives motivates her work and drives her ambition. Her refined communication, negotiation, and adaptability provide her with the skillset to deliver the best results for her clients.

Alyssia works with a focus determined to succeed in her role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Her appreciation for learning consistently positions her growth-mindset as a tool for success. Alyssia’s passion and perseverance will benefit TALENT 300 Inc., employers and candidates across services offered.
